Money 2004

Have been using Money 2002 and just got a laptop with
2004 on it. In 2002 it will update the bank accounts by
downloading them with the update feature but it doesn't
work in 2004. It thinks that the bank doesn't support
that feature for some reason. Any ideas?

One possibility is that there are no new transactions since you
downloaded into Money 2002 and then converted.


Are you Clicking Internet Updates at the bottom of the screen? Is
the bank in question selected for downloading?

Otherwise I think I would disable online access for that bank, and
then again setup online access.
