Did you do all of this with Money closed?
Restart Internet Explorer and verify that you are using the Basic tools by
going to the Portfolio Manager on MSN Money:
http://money.msn.com
Then restart Money and try again.
If it still crashes, try deleting IE's cookies (or more specifically the
Moneycentral cookie)
