Chase has verified that my downloads are occurring successfully, but
Money does not process them. I sent an email to Money support and
they never asked for information, but sent this reply:

It was a real pleasure to work with you on the issue with Microsoft
Money today unfortunately we were not able to establish a resolution.

FYI, I have Chase and it still works fine. But that can vary allot
depending on where you are. Originally, I was with First Chicago, which
sold to Bank One, which sold to Chase.

The site you mentioned is a site for Chase businesses. Do you have a Chase
business account? I have a regular consumer Chase checking account and a
couple of Chase credit cards.

Be persistent. (It's worked for me in the past)

Reply to the message indicating the problem is ongoing, and you would like
escalated support.
