I am having a problem with Money Deluxe & Business 2002 and the MoneySide
security component. It does NOT require technical support, because I think
that it is an upgrade problem. The problem illustrates a significant change
in software development. My computer's OS is Windows XP Professional (Office
2003 is also installed). Since the debut of Money 2007, the MoneySide
security component has not worked properly. For example, when I visit my
bank's website the side pane that appears posts an error message. To make
sure that Moneyside is functioning, I have to click on the HELP button, click
on the SETTING button, and finally click on the ALWAYS button. The
functionality should happen automatically.
