Hi, everyone. I am from Canada... I am trying to get Microsoft Money
Deluxe Edition, maybe Premium Edition... Because I do a little Stock
Trading myself.. and wanted to use the Stock Trade Tracker... However,
in Canada Microsoft only have the "Standard Canadian Edition".. Can't
find any Deluxe or Premium up here.... The only way to get it, is to
buy it through Ebay from someone down in the United States...

What is the different between the Candian Standard Edition and the U.S.
one anyway?

Does anyone in Canada using the Candian Edition?

What is "the Stock Trade Tracker"? There is the register which
tracks the trades. There are transactions reports that can show
stock trades. You have those.

There has been no Deluxe Canadian version since Money 2000.

Yes. That definitely there, and tracking those things is one of the
basic operations of Money. In the US, basis is tracked differently
than in Canada. When Money Canadian/standard edition sees that you
use the Canadian regional settings, it uses average basis for each
stock-- even across accounts. In the US, specific lots have
different basis.

The trade sells (as well as other things) can be output to a TFX
file that some tax programs can import for US schedule D. I don't
know if that same format is used in Canadian tax programs.
