Has anyone received an answer on how to get into money 2004 yet? I really
would like to see what balance I have. Called help line, was told 2004 is no
longer supported by MSN.

I have been told many thing by the "technichians", none of which are correct.
They don't seem to care and are opening themselves to bad PR and possible
legal action. If you look at my posts in UK Money 2004 login fails you will
see I can demonstrate that it is nothing wrong with our PC's (caching etc) It
has to do with the Money web page updates on Dec 17th that locked us all out
of our data and access.

Thanks, I did take the advice and deleted the Net Passport, along
withchecking the adjustment box saying I do not need to use online features.
That way I can get into my account, but it will not let me backup to floppy.
That stinks. Thanks for your help. PSW

To recap, you can now successfully access your UK Money 2004 file
with no login to deal with. You are able to back up to hard drive,
but something goes wrong when you try to backup to floppy?

While you should be able to back up to floppy, a USB flash drives
are much more reliable and convenient. Have the drive in place
before specifying to Money where the backup should go. So in
Tools->Options->Backup, I think you will probably be able to select
the USB flash drive for the scheduled "floppy" backup, as long as
the drive was already in place.
