Notice that I did not ask if you were running Kerio, Black Ice,
Kaspersky, Sygate, Zone Alarm, or McAfee.
I would connect thru a NAT router if not already. Make sure your
Windows updates are up to date. Uninstall Norton. (for some reason
"disable" turns out to be insufficient.
Get Money installed and working.
And then reinstall Norton if you like.
