Login Failure

I use Microsoft Money 2000 and it has worked just fine
from the beginning. The last couple days though I receive
the following message as I try to log in.

"Money is unable to verify your Online Sign In. Money
will now log you in using Work Offline sign in." ETC.

Naturally this offline login prevents me from using
background banking and other features.

I am using the "Passport" identification I've always used
so ... what's the trick?

This has worked for many --

Open Internet Explorer and delete all temporary files and cookies. This
doesn't appear to be permanent, but it usually works

This actually DID work and I thank you Mr. Norton for your
help! Hopefully Davidpin will use this technique also.
