Loan not working correctly- again =(

I just realized that my loan information was set up
incorrectly, and Im not sure how to fix it. Okay, like I
said in my post, I am trying to create a loan which is
accruing interest NOW, BUT i dont have to make payments
until 05. However, when I try setting up the loan, it
doesnt calculate interest now. It just has it at the
principal amount and does not start caclulating interest
until 2005. Secondly, I have a question about making the
payments. I would like to start making payments on my
loan now. When I tried to do so under "incorrect" loan
account", it won't let me make payments until Nov. '05.
Any suggestions to resolve these two problems? Any help
would be appreciated!

I am not sure how you have your loan set up. But check and see what date you
have your loan payment starting on. It should be set up where the first
payment date SHOULD not be in 2005. The first payment should be the date
when interest starts accruing. Have the interest part calculated every month
not when you make a payment. I hope you can make sense of what I am trying
to explain.
