Loan

I have Money 2004
I want to create a Loan of a certain amout and want the money to be
transfered to a bank account.
How can I do this?

You can create the loan by using the usual account setup wizard. The money
that you receive should be entered as a transaction into the account you are
credited. Use a category of 'loan principal received'.

There is no neat way for loan proceeds to be transferred somewhere. This is
a longstanding weakness in Money that has nothing to do with any of the
flash-and-trash added in M05. One way around it--besides the other "just
live with it" approach that Glyn posted--is outlined in

I think I found a way.
Create an Asset account with a inicial value o Y
Create a Loan / Morgage acount with a debt of Y
Decrease the value of the Asset by transfering Y to the Bank account.
Finnaly, the value of the Asset is 0 (zero), you owe Y and it is in the bank
account
