[1] For a home I specified an expected appreciation of 4%
(i.e., inflation plus 0.5% where inflation is set to
3.5%) on the window "How much will it appreciate?".
However, in examining the detail in the "Yearly Snapshot"
report for various years, the value of the home is
increased by 0.48% annually - whereas it should be 0.50%
(i.e., 4.0% appreciation - 3.5% inflation = 0.5% net
gain). I understand, of course, that a difference of
0.02% is minor - but nonetheless, is there a reason for
this discrepancy?

[2] For a retirement account the "Change" in assets is
reported as "+4.35%" in the "Net Worth" section of
the "Yearly Snapshot" report. However, since I have set
the expected pre-tax investment return equal to 8.00% and
inflation to 3.50%, why is the change not equal to 4.50%
(i.e., 8.00% - 3.50%)?

Your assistance will be appreciated.
