However, now that I have downloaded transactions from my
financial institute, I cannot view them. Normally, they
would be in bold and I could limit a view to just those by
clicking the "view unaccepted" filter. However, no matter
what I do, I can't see these transactions and Money tells
me I have 9 new transactions on this account.

Any ideas?

A quick repair (under the File menu) often works for this. Deleting
temporary internet files may help also.
