I've not run into this before but my account shows one item to review
but theres nothing there to review. Any ideas?

This happens to me if Money matched the downloaded transaction to an
already reconciled (R) transaction, and my account register is set to
show unreconciled transactions only. Make sure you are showing all
transactions including reconciled. You may have to scroll up in your
account register and find the new transaction. At this point you may
have to tell money that it's a new transaction and not to match it to
an old one.

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles.

Then in Money do File->RepairMoneyFile->QuickFileRepair again.

Still not fixed? Go to Tools->Settings->OnlineServiceSetting and
select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. This
appears to be a global (inter-file) setting.

Download again. Let us know at what stage this process worked.

Neither of those solutions worked, however, I have an added problem
now. When I try and update it says that the product version isn't
supported by my financial institution. I called to verify that it is
still supported and it is. They claim no download problems from anyone
other than me.

I would then delete the statement (right-click where it says you
have transactions to read).

Try download again.

Check your register against the FIs site. If you are missing a
transaction, enter it manually. Let's hope it downloads later
transactions correctly later.

I know this error message is comeing for alot of people that have Money 2007
or Money 2004 Washington Mutual I know is being a problem with it.
For the downloaded satement go to tools>settings then click online service
settings make sure Show Standarized Payee Names For Which A Payee Match Is
Not Found is checked and click ok
Go to your bank list right click where it says Items to review and choose
delete statement
Go to file>repair money>quick file repair
and try to reimport

Does it actually say "Items to Review (1)" on your account list, or
are they some other words?

Actually this turned out to be me being stupid. Evidently (as this was
weird as well) it downloaded an item that was from back in August.
That's really weird. I didn't have my view setup to go that far back.
