Hi!
I have browsed quite a bit the forum, but I ask the question again...I use
MS Money 2003 Deluxe&Business and starting to use invoices. They do not seem
to get registered as income for my budget? I set the services as the income
that fits, but still no result? Any ideas?

I don't believe business stuff gets included in the Budget, so this is
probably why you don't see them in there.

Im afraid I don't understand...I classified all my categories as personal (to
get them in the budget in the first place!). So does that mean that
everything that relates to budget cannot be used for business?? How do you
run a business without a budget? And if you are lucky enough to get some
money for the invoices you have sent, how do you reconcile that with you
budgeted amounts to see if you made a profit? Maybe MSMoney is not the
program for this, or I have the wrong version? Or is there another program I
can use to do this? Please help...thanks!

If you record transactions in either business categories or business
accounts, then they won't be included in the budget. It's a design issue
that Microsoft made, and I believe all business versions are the same.

As for business budgets, well I can't answer that as I don't run a business,
but I would have thought you'd be more interested in profit and loss and
cash flow

The basic statement "everything that relates to budget cannot be used for
business" - is correct.
