Been using Money '98 for 7 years, suddenly all ticker symbols come back "not
valid".
Deleted most recent additions, to no avail.
Any suggestions?

It's POSSIBLE (we'll see more reports shortly if this is the case) that
Microsoft has decided that after seven years it's time to cut off the

I'd try creating a new file and seeing if it works when you download just
one or two.

It's happened to me too. I noticed it last night. Having no other choice, I
entered today's prices manually. I have a feeling microsoft has walked
away from us (like they did Windows 3.1 a few years ago).

i had the same experience.. i called microsoft tech support and of course
they told me money 98 no longer supported. If they did decide to pull the
rug out from under us old users at least they could have notified us.

It just happened to me as well .. and I am also using Money 98.

All of my funds are with Fidelity and I will see if I can import the prices from
them.

Well, at least the problem is not at my end, that's always a relief.
