We have 5 rental properties and have the mortgage interest assigned to
category, "Prop Exp (Sched E):Interest". We have a different class for each
property. I can't find how to have the interest for each mortgage loan
payment assiged to the proper category and have to do that manually each
month. Any ideas? Thank you.

The by-hand-every-month way is the only way. See

I checked there first, but missed it. Great resourse, by the way. I have it
bookmarked.

You'd think the folks at MS would use it to improve 06. Doesn't look like
they did. I'd plunk down the $60 just to have these types of little
annoyances fixed. Looks like I will be passing on the upgrade this year.

Thanks for the reply and the hard work on the web site.

Tom.
