Does anyone know how to set up an interest-only mortgage using Money 2004
Standard? The help file refers to 'endowment mortgages', which seem similar
to what I need, but there doesn't seem to be any way of establishing an
endowment mortgage, despite the program acknowledgingthe concept.

Thanks
Robert

Thanks, Dick. According to Microsoft, that's the answer, combined with not
entering an interest rate.

In that context "leave out the rate" makes a lot more sense.
