The budget is inconsistent in the first month - if the budget period is in
operation (i.e. this month) then I wouldn't rely on the figures you see. If
you want to make it accurate, then really you should be using 'reallocate
funds', but that's a pain to do for all of your categories for one month
only. I would try and ignore it if you can.
