File->Import?

Does Money say you have transactions to read? If not, do
File->Import.

If so, does clicking on where it says you have transactions to read
have an effect?

If not, in Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files
with Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles.

Then in Money do File->RepairMoneyFile->QuickFileRepair for good
measure.

Try also: View> All transactions covering all dates, sorted by [take your
pick]. This makes certain that a filter on the register is not suppressing a
matched transaction.
