Using Money '07 on XP Pro to download data from my bank. The bank does
not provide a direct connection, yet is listed in Money's list of
supported banks, via a third party. For over a week now, Money has
been unable to retrieve my transaction data giving a very uninformative
error that the attempt was unsuccessful.
I've contacted my bank. Since they don't provide this service
themselves, they decline to help me.
How can I a) identify the third party intermediary responsible and b)
contact them to complain?
