Home equity loans generally produce tax deductible interest, reported on a
1098. I have categorized this interest expense in an account as "Loan:
Mortgage Interest" in a credit account (I have also tried a liability
account.)
The problem is that this interest is not included in the tax line manager
report. The category is listed with zero total. If I go to the category,
each instance is listed.
So, is this a bug or a feature? (This joke never gets old with Money) I'm
using M04.
