Can anyone help me with the following:
My financial institution now has full online support for
MSMoney. Too bad they're not listed in Money 2004.
Can anyone tell me how to get this set up?
I thought I would just try copying another from
FIPARTNR.INI and editing the web sites, but am not sure
what all the fields represent.

Thanks,
Tom Catyb

Money 2005 uses a new method for on-line connections to
banks (and hence all the problems users are finding).
The advantage it works with more banks so if your bank is
now listed as being supported but you can't find it in
Money 2004, it means you need to upgrade to Money 2005.
I know of no way to edit something in Money 2004 to make
it work that way.

They don't have to be listed in Money even if they do support MS Money.
Stop trying to make the task more difficult than it is.

When you add the account at your bank in Money, if the FI is not listed
just choose "Not Listed" from the list. When you go to setup Online
Services for this account, you'll be prompted to enter the Login and
Password for online access as directed by your FI.

However, if your bank is saying they support MS Money but they're
actually relying on Money 2005's Yodlee component, they really don't
support Money and you would have to upgrade to 2005.

Hope this helps,
JB
