Hello, I am using Money 2007 (or is it 2008), anyway, all of a suuden I am
receiving the following error when I log onto my brokerage account to
download latest data:

OFXHTTP400

I do not believe that I have changed any settings, Password and ID are
correct, this is a new issue on two computers (Laptop and Desktop). I use
the same password and ID when I log into the brokerage web site (although
downloads for Money must come from within money).

I don't know if this has anything to do with the issue but, I believe this
problem started around the time I subscribed to Microsoft one care.

Thanks in advance.

I think that message comes from the server, which would imply the
communications are getting thru.

1. Consider saying who the broker is. If others get or don't get a
problem with that broker, it is informative.

2. Particularly if others don't have the problem, consider disabling
online access for the broker, and setting up again. Keep an extra
copy/backup in case you want to undo.

I too have been getting this error as well as in OFXHTTP500 error when
connecting to my wife's Hewitt Associates 401k brokerage account. It's been
happening for the past week. I have another 401k account with Fidelity that
has been connecting and downloading statements just fine during this period.

Seems the problem has been resolved at the brokerage end of the trip.
Recently completed transactions, download of data worked fine on two
computers.

It appears that one care had nothing to do with the problem. The error cod
is from the server - perhaps someone asslep at the switch? But why would they
care - I bet they got their transactions fees.... smile
