Hello all...

With Microsoft Money 2006 I noticed a problem and can not figure it
out for the life of me...

Here is the situation...

The menu at the top of the screen has the text color the same as the
background. The background color is not the color it is supposed to
be either... On my other computer it woks fine, but not my main
computer.

I have updated to the latest ATI drivers and still no luck. Microsoft
support tells me it is something in my machine, and I do believe them,
but I am not exactly sure what to even try. As I said, I have updated
the drivers for the video card, tried different resolutions, tried 256
color, 16 bit, 32 bit... Changed the themes... changed the active X
settings.... Turned off Hardware acceleration... What else can I try
short of a different video card?

Try older drivers? Try the MS WHQL version of the drivers?

You tried all of the good stuff.

I would create a new XP user. Start Money. Let it create a new Money
file. Is the problem exhibited then?

I don't know if you can open Money 2006 booted into safe mode, but
that would be a simple way to try a very generic driver.
