Getting corrupt data message when downloading account transactions

I recently purchased a new computer and loaded a new copy
of Money 2004 and copied my file to the new PC. when I
try to download account transactions from SunTrust, I get
a corrupt download error message. This did not occur on
my other machine. When I set up a new account in Money,
I get the same message...

Please help!
