I am now on the same pages.
If you set the Portfolio to GroupBy:AccountName (at top), I expect
the MarketValue columns to match in both views for the account.
The Summary "Gain" column may be what you mean by "net gain". That
would not be expected to match the MarketValue. They would differ
because of PriceAppreciation and dividends or other distributions.
