Using Money 2004, how do I eliminate the "family member" option when entering
a transaction?

This is a hunch. Keep an extra copy/backup of your file in case you
want to undo this:

Go to Accounts&Bills->CategoriesAndPayees. Select "family member" in
the left column, and click DeleteClassification.

Cal's prescription is probably good--indeed, it was my first thought as
well--but assumes you've never actually assigned this classification to
transactions. You might want to check that first with a Transactions report
customized appropriately.
