Exporting Transactions

Is the fact that I'm running Money 2003 the reason my bank's export is
failing - file "invalid" or data "corrupt" - or could it be the bank's end?
I don't need the automatic updates I've just lost after two years, as long as
I can export manually.

The later is the probable problem.
