How do I get Money (2008 Plus Premium) to export an entire portfolio to a
single QIF file. I have gone through the Morningstar instructions but it
seems like I would have to create multiple QIF files since there are
multiple investment accounts in the portfolio. I accomplished this feat a
couple of years ago but can not recall what had to be done. A little help
would be appreciated. This time I'll document the solution! Thanks in
advance.

To my knowledge, you cannot. Exports are account-oriented.
