Epays and Apays Not Marked in Money 2003

I have a number of Epay or Apay transactions in a Money 2003 account
which aren't marked that way in the account register, even though
they're listed in the recently sent electronic payments.

Since they're not marked, I can change payment details or delete them,
like any non-electronic payment. And I can't cancel them, since
they're not marked as electronic; fortunately, I don't need to.

Is this a known problem? Is there a way to mark these transactions as
electronic?

If it helps: I recently changed from another provider to MSN Bill Pay.
But the transactions I speak of are all recorded there, so it's not a
question of old electronic payments being "undone" when I cancelled
the old service.
