Downloaded statements do not appear in account

Hi!
I have Money 2003 installed on my Compaq Presario. This
came pre-loaded. When I download a bank statement on to
my computer and then double click it, money asks which
account to update. On assigning the account the accounts
window shows x number of transactions pending. However,
on opening the account, I cannot see the new
transactions. I looked at the knowledge base site Q327899
and it advised to reinstall Money since it is likely to
be a corrupted file. However, since my Money program came
pre-loaded I dont know how to go about this. Can you
please guide me or show me another way to rectify the
situation?

Close Money

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles.

Then open Money with Start->Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

Dear Cal,
Thanks! I did what you suggested and the new downloaded
statement is seen in the account.
However, when the run statement was executing and money
was starting it showed an error and the encountered a
problem window came up. On restarting, the account does
show the new statement. Also another account where I had
downloaded statements earlier continues to show 19
transactions to read but on opening the account there are
no transactions seen. I had manually entered these
earlier when I had the problem of not seeing transaction.
Maybe that has something to do with this.
