For months I was logging on to my credit union and
downloading statements without any problem; once they
downloaded, Money would automatically detect it and load
the transactions into the correct Money account. As of 7
to 10 days ago, Money no longer detects the downloaded
statements. The statements still appear to download, but
then nothing happens. Is there some setting I have to
change? Is there any way to point Money in the right
direction? Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks,
John.

John,

Try deleting your Temporary Internet Files by going to Control Panel,
Internet Options. If this doesn't work, delete your temp files (depending on
your OS, they will be in a different location).

If none of this works, try saving the file somewhere in your computer
instead of opening it directly from the web browser. This usually works for
me...

Thanks so much, that worked! Wish they had included that
piece of advice in their Help file... good to have people
like you out there to fill in the holes.
