Downloaded Transactions Don't Show Up

I'm using MsMoney 2004.
I download the transactions from my bank, and this has been working up
until now. Even though it says the transactions have downloaded, I don't
see any transactions past April 30.

I have cleared out my temporary internet files and started money with the
'-s' parameter. Still no happiness.

I have also tried creating a brand new money file with only this account
added and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions please?

What causes you to say " it says the transactions have downloaded"?

I had this problem before, spent weeks with Microsoft
Money help people, they gave up, went back 7 months to
rebuild file, now it is doing it again.
they say money can't handle a big file.

But it start working again magically. I have no idea why it stopped
working, or why it's working now, or if it will stop again.
