Downloaded: Items to Review

I am having trouble downloading information from my bank
account into Microsoft Money 2002. Whenever I go the
download process that I have always done, none of the new
downloaded information shows up in the register but the
register screen does indicate that I have "x" number of
new items to view. What do I do to review and balance
those items?

Close Money

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles.

Then open Money with Start->Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

My copy of Money 2002 has begone to behave in the same way, the last couple
of weeks.
It downloads the info and shows in to be there BUT won't read it in to
Money.
This is from three different banks. It has never been a problem before.

I have tried your solution, and it made no difference.
