Can not Download Transactions

I have Money 2005, and just the last couple of days when I try to download my
transactions manually, it will say import complete but it will not update my
transactions or balance. I have read alot of posts on this forum and noticed
alot of people are having problems when downloading transaction
automatically, but not manually. I have tried repairing the file and
deleting all of the temporay internet files and nothing works. Can someone
Help???

If you name the FI (financial institution), somebody may be able to
help, or to suggest what to do next.
