I've been using Money 2005 Premium. I'd like to go back to Money 2004 Small
Business. When I go to ininstall 2005, I get a warning that I will be unable
to read my Money file, even if I have an older version of Money.

Can I really not get my Money 2005 file to load in Money 2004?

If I can, what is the procedure?

Thanks very much!

Money is not and never has been backwards compatible. However when you
upgraded to M2005 it made a copy of your file as .m14. Find this, rename the
M2005 .mny as something else, rename the .m14 as .mny and reinput all the
transactions since you did the conversion.
