Hello. I am planing to buy a new comouter with VISTA Ultimate. Does MM 2007
Delux operate with VISTA 64? Now I have got VISTA Ultimate RC2 5744 and MM
2007 Delux works great.

I just installed VISTA Ultimate 64, installed MS Money 2007, migrated my data
just fine from an old XP computer. Restored backup file. My problem that I
don't understand is when I try to log in it tells me I have to be connected
to the internet, which I am. I have to sign in w/o online services. There
are no options I can see to change this.

Any help would be great

I was just on chat with Microsoft. They told me to disable Protect mode
under IE Explorer Security Settings, reboot the computer, right click on MS
Money and run as Adminstrator, sign in, then re-enable protect
mode.........IT DIDN"T WORK.

Be sure that your Money and backup files are moved to a spot that
you will have full privileges to, such as Documents/MyDocuments.
If they are in a place like ProgramFiles, Vista will create an
impermanent copy of the file for the user to use, unless the user
explicitly right-clicks at launch and choose RunAsAdministrator
that time.

Check that the SSL2 protocol is enabled. That checkbox may be in
IE Tools->InternetOptions->Advanced.

Right-click the Money icon and choose RunAsAdmistrator to let
updates happen. Then reboot the computer. Check that the Money
2007 version is 16.0.*.1303.

This article worked:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/899935/

All you have to do is add Money:// to your trusted sites. It works like a
champ. I've closed out and signed in several times with no more troubles.
