I have recently moved around the dates of some of my
recurring transactions and deleted and recreated them.
Money has handled this fine except for the budget. Under
Automobile: Car payment, the subcategory in question, I
have my two normal monthly budget items for this month and
then three ghost budget items. They are blank with no
information. When I right-click on them the Budget screen
just blinks at me but goes nowhere. The normal budget
items I can edit as usual. My total budgeted amount for
this month under car payments includes the three ghost
amounts. So I have a fake huge expected amount for car
payments.

After searching around I have seen that this is a known
bug that other people have explained in different ways.
We'd like an answer here from someone that knows what is
going on.

To get around this problem I added a one-time budget item
under wage bonus to offset the three ghost amount. I
don't think this affects cash flow or income beyond
budget. I think December's budget may be correct but the
current month just has that nasty residue left over from
previous deletions.
