I'm sorry, I don't quite follow. Here's what I am doing:
I sign into Money using my passport. Then I go to File-
>Password Manager and I attempt to disable passport, but
it doesn't work (gives me the error I described below).
I am ready to give up and go back to Quicken (I received
MSMoney with my new desktop and it was able to convert my
Quicken file, so I was intrigued, and impressed. But this
is terrible - and Microsoft Support aren't wiling to help
for free because this is an OEM edition of the product.
I've been a Quicken user since 1994 and have never had
such a problem.)
If someone can help me (detailed instructions), that'd be
much appreciated.
