Yes, but how easy it is depends on how many transactions you have entered
under M2006. When you upgraded Money made a copy of your .mny file as .mxx.

To revert you need to rename this file as .mny. Reinstall M2004 and click on
the renamed file name in Windows Eplorer or My Computer. Then you need to
reinput all transactions since you moved to M2006.
