Has anyone tried the "Clear historical quotes" option and seen any
improvement in speed or file size? I'm not sure what to expect and am
not sure if backing my file up before trying it will be enough (I'm
not sure where Money stores the quote information - I would assume in
the file, hence the question, but just thought I'd ask first to see if
anyone has had any experience with this)!

Thanks,

You could back up the file, and restore to undo, or you could copy
the file to a new name and switch between versions for a while. The
list at the bottom of the File menu is useful in switching between
files.

If you are having speed problems and are experimenting, consider
File->Repair->RemoveAllBillsData.
