If it were me, I'd revert to a backup from before the attempt to set the
account up for online updates, put the other account transactions in there
and move on. I can understand why this might not be a good choice.
I don't do online update for any account. From my perspective, it's too much
trouble for too little gain for a whole lot of reasons, many of which are
highlighted here daily. I find the columns just waste real estate
needlessly. I've reduced their width to near zero. I tries zero once and it
made the rest of the columns really confused.
