 - Money 2004 Std I need to change the date range in the Money 2004 from 25th to the following month 24th, instead of 1st - 30th every month. I had actually tried to change from the option on the taskbar, Report - Report Gallery - Income and spending/Monthly Budget - Customise - Date, on both the Income and Budget.  - Cannot delete scheduled bill payment I have a scheduled bill payment that occurred in the past that I am unable to delete. The payment was made but was not recognized by money...When I choose the pay option an error message appears "Money cannot write to your money file".  - Cash Flow Forcasts differ greatly I've noticed a major difference between the cash flow that the Advisor FYI predicts, and the cash flow that is normaly used. The difference is that it says I never have enough funds to cover upcoming purchases\bills, and it displays a graph that differs wildly from the main cash flow forcaster. Anyone know why?  - Online Quotes updating not working Hi- Almost every time I try to update my portfolio investment quotes online it doesn't update them. It says it updated them fine when I look at the report but the prices and everything stay the same as before. I have to do it like 3 or 4 times before it works and it takes forever to update so this is really a pain. I tried checking and unchecking the box that says don't download investments that are not in my portfolio anymore but this doesn't seem to help.  - Import Error I am trying to import a Quicken .qfx file from TIAA-CREF. I found that only one account out of three makes into Money. I looked at the file and found each account was enclosed in <INVSTMTTRNRS> </INVSTMTTRNRS> statements. I also found that the account that was imported was the last one. I cut the first account and pasted it after the last account. I then imported the file again. This time the account that I pasted so it became the last account was imported. The account that I had previously imported was removed. I think there is a bug with the Quicken import routine. I found this problem using Money 2001.  - Unable to use a valid stock symbol I put in a stock and later deleted it. Now I go back and try to reinput same stock with the same symbol, (FASMX), and it keeps stating that that symbol is in use. I apparently missed something I was supposed to delete and didn't, can you advise? Incidentally I had another stock with a CE symbol and when I went to input another purchase in on the same day it also gave me a cannot use because the symbol is already in use!!!  - Review Budget Status Problems The "Review your current budget status" screen shows incorrect amounts in the Budgeted column. However when I click on "Edit Budget" and go through the categories I set up, all the amounts are accurate. 2 things are happening: 1. Several categories are showing $0.00 for budgeted amount when there is actually a dollar amount budgeted. (The Actual column is accurate). 2. Some categories show a double or tripled amount under the budgeted column. For example, rent is showing at $2,200 in the Budgeted column instead of $1,100 that is actually budgeted. Please help!  - Processing returns/credits How should I handle returns? For instance, let's say that during November I purchased $300 in clothing from Lazarus, using my debit card, but returned $50. The store credited my checking account the $50 for the return. I enter the transaction as a credit to the payee (Lazarus). Does MS Money then think I've spent $250 on clothes for the month, or $350? My bottom line is that I want the expense categories to accurately reflect expenses and it's not at all unusual for me to make clothing returns as I'm the primary buyer for my family. Thank you.  - Date Range on Report in Money 2003 I have a favorite report in Money 2003 which lists scheduled payments within a range of dates. My file was upgraded from Money 2000. I used to have the problem of the report omitting many of the scheduled transactions within the date range. That was fixed by running the Salvage program. Now the problem is the other way around: the report shows transactions BEYOND the date range, as well as those within. Is there a fix for that?  - Epays and Apays Not Marked in Money 2003 I have a number of Epay or Apay transactions in a Money 2003 account which aren't marked that way in the account register, even though they're listed in the recently sent electronic payments. Since they're not marked, I can change payment details or delete them, like any non-electronic payment. And I can't cancel them, since they're not marked as electronic; fortunately, I don't need to. Is this a known problem? Is there a way to mark these transactions as electronic? If it helps: I recently changed from another provider to MSN Bill Pay. But the transactions I speak of are all recorded there, so it's not a question of old electronic payments being "undone" when I cancelled the old service.  - Error in account list balance My checking account and credit card balance listed on the account list page is different than the ending balnce listed in the account ledger(i.e. from account list page click on the account). The account ledger is correct. There seems to be a specific transaction that was posted in the account ledger and reflected in the ending balnce but does not change the balance on the account list page.  - Trouble importing Quicken 2004 data I have used Money for years and am very used to it. I got married this year and my new wife is used to using Quicken so I have all this year's data in Quicken 2004. I thought I would see if I could transfer data back into Money, as there are various aspects of Quicken that I don't like - having got used to Money's way of doing it and which I prefer. I downloaded the trial version of Money 2004 Deluxe and when I import data, I get all the accounts imported, but the entries are empty.  - Call Progress - Freezes Recently I cloned my boot drive and replaced it. All of my apps are working great except for MS Money. Now, whenever I choose to do an Internet Update, I get a blank "Call Progress Dialog" - It used to say things like "Updating Service Providers", "Downloading Statements", etc... but now it never gets to that point, and the dialog remains empty and frozen. About a month ago Money 2004 stopped synchronizing my data with MSN Money.
It has been working fine previously (with both Money 2004 and Money 2003).
Now, whenever I "update now..." the call summary message for MSN Money
Synchronization says:

"An unexpected error has occured. Your data is not being synchronized with
MSN Money on the Web."

My Passport is valid, I haven't changed my password, and I can view my OLD
data (from the last time it sync'd correctly which was "50 days ago") on MSN
Money (My Money).

I've searched help, the KB, and this forum but have not found any clues. Can
someone please help?
