Can't sign in to 2004?

Now, another problem. I can no longer sign in with my hotmail and password
if "use Money's online features that require a passport" even though I am
signed on to MSN with that passport. I tried resetting the hotmail password
for both MSN and Money 2004 but still can't get it to work.

I don't know where you are getting your error indication, but see if
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;331123 could
be of use.

Otherwise what is the error message, and when do you get the error
message?

Your support site helped. My msxml.dll what ever that is somehow got
unregistered. Also your answer to the "wrong account" below solved my other
problem. I've had good luck with the program until this week, maybe my
computer missed a beat, can't rule out operator error either, Thanks!
