We are using Micrsoft Money 2004. We just downloaded, as we =
often do, our latest transactions from our bank. The Account List shows =
13 new "Transactions to Read" for our checking account. If one clicks =
on this link, one would normally see the account register, with these 13 =
transactions highlighted in bold. However, on clicking the link, none =
of the 13 transactions appear anywhere. There are in fact no bold-faced =
transactions showing anywhere in the account register, and no =
transactions at all dated since our last download (though we know that =
the 13 "lost" transactions do in fact exist, and do post-date the last =
download).
Microsoft's Help function and support site were as usual =
useless, so I'm curious if anyone out there has encountered this =
problem, and/or has a solution.
Thanks again.
DJ
