Cannot upgrade to SP1

When I run Money 2007 on my computer (Windows Vista RC1), Money prompts me to
run the SP1 update -- and goes through the process of installing the update,
but it doesn't seem to stick. I have to run Money again and it prompts me to
run the update (so the update never seems to apply, no matter how many times
I install it).

Help!

Before you open it right click on the shortcut and go to log in as log into
the admin account and try
