Cal, I followed your directions below - problem
continues. Cannot see downloaded statements in Money 2002.
Other suggestions?

"In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files
with Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles. You might want
to decrease the size of the Tools->InternetOptions-
>Settings Amount of disk space to use to perhaps 50MB
with dialup or 20 MB with broadband.

Then open Money with Start->Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

Download your statement again."

It is best to reply as a reply rather than start a new thread.

I don't know your banking situation. Could it be that there are no
recent transactions?

Having the same problem in MS Money 2003.

Have been downloading transactions with no problem from
my bank web site, now they are not showing up in my
account register. When they don't show up, I can't
accept them.

There are recent transactions, so that's not the
problem. Money is getting them because it shows on the
Account List screen that I have transactions to review,
but I can't get to them.

Help in MS Money is no use. There are two articles
posted on the MS Support site, one under FAQ and one with
article # 316900, but the links to both are broken and I
can't get to them.

HELP! I can't balance my checkbook.

So did you delete your IE6 temporary files with
Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles?

Did you then open Money with Start->Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box?

As I said B4, I followed all of your previous
instructions on how to correct the problem. Have 120
items to read in my new statement, but when I open
account the new items cannot be seen.

I do not have an 'internet options' selection under
the 'tools' drop down box. Closest thing is 'options',
but this does not have an 'internet' tab.

I am using Money 2003, Windows XP

Other ideas? It looks like several people are having
this problem.

Thanks.

IE6 = Internet Explorer = the browser you look at web pages with.

I have tried your suggestion (yes, I managed to find the
temporary internet files).

The statements are still not there. Any other ideas?
Again this is with MS Money 2003.

Do you know how to get to the FAQ or the article on the
home page of this site? I see the link, but can't get to
the article.

Thanks.
