I can't speak to M2005, but in M2004 you can do this with a custom
report. You simply customize the "Monthly Budget" report for the
start and stop dates that you want. The report will take into
account the expenses that it expects that you had during those
time periods.
The problem of course, is that you'll have to customize the
report every time you want to see it. There's no way to save the
report so that it will come up for the current 15th - 15th period.
And there's no way (that I know of) to get the budget planner to
show you a 15th - 15th time period at all.
