Will anyone at Microsoft
1) Acknowledge this issue
2) Tell us if someone is working on it
3) Provide a means of telling us when it is fixed?

My goodness, support is about communications, and so far I am extremly
disappointed in Microsoft. Hey I am not a rookie, and I am a Microsoft
Partner.

Same here, i've been promoting Microsoft since the NT 3.51 days...

I switched from Quicken to Money over 10 years ago, this miscommunication
from Microsoft has me on the lookout for a new product to replace my
faithfull Money...

Have you checked

Worst yet MSFT is censoring my posts, at least I think they are. I posted
some of my emails (ones I received from Microsoft) and they are not on this
board. I could have done something incorrect, and MSFT has the right to
limit posts, but I was factual, not vulgar, go figure.

Microsoft® Money versions 2003 and later includes support for online services
for either two or three years. Please refer to your Online Service Policy
(OSP) document, which outlines the length of certain online services
available for your version of Money.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Understood, i'll get into upgrading every second year or switch to Quicken
and upgrade every 3 years...
