Hey wow, thanks, your question actually led me to my own answer. I looked up
advanced budget and found a thread that explained how to make one (talk about
a pain - why on EARTH would MS make it so hard to do it? I had to type
money://navigate/newadvbgt into the navbar?) and it took care of both of my
problems.
